进口PCT氮气泵的改进

摘    要:针对PCT氮气泵存在氮气浪费大、充氮压力低、小缸套易磨损等问题,对其进行了以下几方面的改进:(1)对原泵的充氮管线进行了改进,高压氮气直接与泵的输入单流阀连接,拆去减压阀,用压缩空气做动力源;(2)改变小缸套、小活塞的直径,提高氮气泵的压缩比;(3)在原泵的外部增加进气平衡管线。现场应用表明,改进后氮气泵氮气的利用率大大提高,改善了小活塞的润滑条件,延长了其使用寿命,最高充氮压力可达45MPa,泵使用时性能稳定、可靠。

Abstract:Due to serious nitrogen waste,low nitrogen recharging pressure and easy wear to small cylinder liner,several improvements are made for the PCT nitrogen pump:(1)The previous nitrogen recharging pipeline is improved.The high pressure nitrogen is directly connected to the input check valve of the pump,the pressure relief valve is removed and the compressed air is used as power source;(2)The diameters of small cylinder liner and small piston are altered and the compression ratio of the nitrogen pump is increased;(3)The gas intake balance pipeline is added outside the previous pump.The field application indicates that the nitrogen utility of the improved nitrogen pump is increased greatly,improving the lubrication condition of the small piston and extending its operating life.The maximum nitrogen recharging pressure can reach 45 MPa.The stability is reliable in its application.
