锻造操作机钳口的改造设计

摘    要:40t·m/80t·m操作机额定压力为16 MPa,加持钢锭重量为30t,由于液压系统老化,工作压力在16 MPa的情况下,液压系统的控制阀和密封经常损坏,维修量加大,设备利用率降低.如果在10 MPa工作压力下,夹持30t钢锭,问题即可解决,为此,对操作机进行局部改造,改变钳口结构,将钳臂的动力臂增长原来的1.5倍,阻力臂不变,那么夹持力变为原来的1.5倍,即在10 MPa压力下加持钢锭重量变为30t.

The problem can be solved, therefore, the operation machine for local transform, change the jaw structure, the clamp arm of the power arm of growthl.5 times of the original, the resistance arm unchanged, then the clamping force to the original 1.5 times, namely in the 10MPa pressure ingot weight of 30 tons.
