| 摘 要： | WK-55挖掘机是太原重工研发的一款大型挖掘机,适用于2000万t及以上规模的大型露天矿采装作业.该设备提升卷筒采用焊接结构,绳槽布置为左右旋的双头绳槽,且有形位公差要求高的卷筒密封面加工.重点阐述绳槽加工、切削用量的选择及密封面抛光的加工方法.

| Abstract: | WK-55 Electric rope shovel is the large excavating equipment developed by Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. It is suitable for open-pit mine with annual productivity of 20 millions MT or above. The hoist drum adopts welded construction. The layout of rope chute is right-and-left double head, and for the drum sealing surface machining with high quality geometric tolerance. The paper presents the rope chute machining, the selection of cutting parameter, and machining method of sealing surface polishing. |
