摘    要:变速箱齿轮生产过程中,有些齿轮参数特殊,据此设计出的滚刀齿槽太窄,无法加工。依据齿轮啮合原理,一对齿轮正确进行啮合的条件是两齿轮的法节相等,因此,齿轮和齿条只要两者的法节相等就能正确啮合,这样一来,就有很多齿条可与它相啮合,由此引出了变压力角滚刀加工齿轮的方法。

Abstract:Introduce the transmission gear production process, some special gear parameters, according to the design parameters of hob tooth is too narrow, not processing. According to the principle of gear engagement, a pair of gears meshing condition is correct two gear method of equal section. Therefore, the gear and the rack as long as two method can correctly engaging section equal. In this way, you can have a lot of rack engagement with it, which leads the pressure angle of the hob gear machining.
