| Abstract: | It is the combination of an all-round capability to provide strong competitiveness and competitive advantages for the corporation in a certain operating environment and a systematic integration of complementary assets and operation mechanism that forms the knowledge sys- tem to identify and provide competitive advantage.Based on an overview of the theoretical source of competitive advantages for an enterprise and the relative theories, this paper, from different angles, analyses and discusses the competitive advantages for an enterprise through strengthening the internal management, expanding the external expansion and joining the strategic alliances. |
