| 摘 要： | 乳化液作为液压传动或冷却润滑的一种工作介质,在煤矿生产中发挥十分重要的作用.针对目前大部分煤矿在乳化液配比方面存在的问题,研究开发了一套基于PLC控制技术和传感器技术的全自动化的乳化液自动配比系统,以解决乳化液配制方面存在的问题.

| Abstract: | As a working medium for hydraulic transmission or cooling and lubrication,emulsion plays an important role in mine production.In view of the problems existing in the emulsion preparation in most of the current coal mines,this paper studies and developes a emulsion preparation system based on PLC control technology and sensor technology to solve the problems existing in the emulsion preparation. |
