微观强粘比概念在炼焦配煤生产中的应用

摘    要:根据煤岩配煤原理提出了微观强粘比概念,利用梅山生产数据总结了微观强粘比与焦炭质量的关系,结果表明微观强粘比与焦炭热性质的关系明显,随着微观强粘比的提高,焦炭热性质不断改善,当微观强粘比提高到一定程度时,焦炭热性质的改善趋势才会减缓。

Abstract:The microcosmic strong caking ratio is put forward according to ingredient coal blending prin- ciple.The relationship between the microcosmic strong caking ratio and coke quality is summarized by the utilization of the data of Meishan Iron and Steel Company.The result shows that there is an obvious rela- tionship between the microcosmic strong caking ratio and coke hot property.With the increase of the mi- crocosmic strong caking ratio,the coke hot property is improved continuously.Only when the microcosmic strong caking ratio is raised to a certain level,the tendency of improvement of coke hot property can be slackened.
