惠州抽水蓄能机组甩负荷后的球阀与导叶联动关闭规律优化

摘    要:根据惠州抽水蓄能电厂机组引水系统的特点、转轮特性及机组调试情况,提出采用合理、优化的球阀与导叶联动关闭规律来降低水锤压力和限制机组最大转速。为此,详细介绍球阀先快后慢关闭和导叶三段折线关闭的实现方法和调试效果,大大保证了压力隧道的安全和机组安全。

Abstract:In accordance to characteristics of water diversion system,impeller performance and unit commissioning in Huizhou pumped storage power plant(hereinafter referred to as HPSPP),the paper proposes to adopt reasonable and optimized closing law of globe valve and guide blade to low water hammer pressure and limit maximum rotating speed of units.Therefore,the paper analyzes implementation method and commissioning effect of from-fast-to-slow closing and 3 dog-leg closing,which greatly ensure safety of pressure tunnel and units.
