燃煤电厂原煤仓动态监测方法研究及系统开发

摘    要:从煤位高度、入仓煤量、出仓煤量、煤种、煤位动态监测等方面介绍原煤仓中多煤种情况下的煤位动态分层监测原理。在此基础上,采用水分软测量方法修正煤种信息,开发出一种在多煤种情况下的原煤仓动态管理系统,并在广东红海湾电厂现场应用。应用结果表明,本方法可以实时、准确地区分由煤仓进入制粉系统的燃煤种类,预测进入锅炉的入炉煤煤种变化,解决了无法测量原煤仓中不同煤种之间分界的问题,对采用燃煤掺烧的发电厂具有十分重要的意义。

Abstract:This paper analyzes principle of dynamic layered monitoring on coal level in coal bunker with multi-coals in terms of coal height,input coal,output coal,coal types and dynamic monitoring on raw coal,on the basis of which soft-sensing of coal moisture is adopted to modify coal type information,and a dynamic management system for raw coal bunker is proposed and applied in Honghaiwan power plant.The application shows that the method can classify coals from bunker to pulverized coal preparation system in real-time and precisely and forecasts change of coal types in the furnace,which helps handle boundary measurement among different coal types and is significant to coal-fired power plants.
