摘    要:为满足纯水冷却装备远程监视、故障诊断及维修支持等需要,以广州高澜节能技术股份有限公司高压直流输电阀冷却装置为例,在分析高压直流输电纯水冷却系统工作原理的基础上,研究了其远程监测与智能维护系统的建设方法,实现了系统远程监测、故障诊断及维修支持等服务功能,系统的建设与应用对完善高压直流输电纯水冷却系统等相关产品全生命周期管理,全面提升客户服务质量和服务水平起到关键作用。

Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of remote monitoring,fault diagnosis and maintenance of water cooling device,HVDC water cooling device of Guangzhou Goaland Energy Conservation Tech Co.,Ltd is taken for instance.On the basis of operation principle of HVDC water cooling device,construction method of remote monitoring and smart maintenance system is studied,and service functions such as remote monitoring,fault diagnosis and maintenance are implemented.The construction and application of the system help improve life cycle management of HVDC water cooling device and upgrade customer service quality and level.
