电压源逆变器死区效应的分析和补偿

摘    要:针对三相电压源逆变电路同一桥臂2个开关器件之间存在短暂死区时间td的问题,通过说明逆变电路死区效应产生机理及对逆变器输出电压进行傅立叶分析,发现td对逆变器输出的电流在幅值和相位上产生偏差,导致系统供电性能下降。为此,提出死区补偿方法,并根据死区补偿方法的原理,建立近似的死区补偿电路图,描述死区补偿方法工作过程。通过仿真分析,死区补偿方法产生的波形与理想波形一致,无误差畸变,且死区补偿方法的现场实际应用情况良好。

Abstract:Aiming at short dead-time tdbetween two switchgears of the same bridge arm of three phase voltage source inverter circuit and by expounding mechanism of dead-time effect of inverter and Fourier analysis on output voltage,it is found that output current of inverter varies in amplitude and phase,which results in deduction of power supply performance of the system.Therefore,compensation method for dead-time is proposed and similar circuit diagram of dead-time compensation is drawn in accordance to principle of compensation method so as to describe working process of compensation method.Through simulation analysis,it is shown that the waveform from the compensation method is ideal and free from distortion errors;also,the field application of the method turns out to be favorable.
