摘    要:针对某电厂300 MW循环流化床锅炉水压试验中中隔墙上联箱管座泄漏的问题,从常温力学性能试验、金相组织观察、爆口扫描电子显微镜(scanning electron microscopy,SEM)形貌观察等方面进行试验,并对获得的试验结果和组织图进行观察分析,得出结论:管子外表面的一些机械损伤和缺陷在高频振动下造成的多源性疲劳开裂是该管发生断裂的主要原因。

Abstract:In accordance to failure of pipe saddle of upper header on the midboard in hydrostatic test of 300 MW CFB boiler, mechanical property in normal temperature, metallographic structure observation and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) for burst orifice are tested, and test result and structure diagram are surveyed and analyzed. This paper draws a conclusion that multi-source fatigue cracking caused by mechanical damages and defects on the pipe surface in high frequency vibration is the major reason for breakage.
