基于多元线性回归与灰色理论的业扩工程费用量化研究

摘    要:针对电力用户申请接入电网时其工程费用的复杂性且受各种因素影响的问题,以某地区用户业扩数据为基础,参考国内外其他地区的收费标准,采用多元线性回归与灰色理论进行量化研究,得到相应的费用测算量化方程和模型,两种方法计算结果对比分析表明,用户接网费用应采用分容量、分段的模型来测算。

Abstract:Aiming at complexity of business cost and various influencing factors during uses' applying to connect to the power grid, the paper, on the basis of business expansion data in an area and reference to cost standard both at home and abroad, adopts multiple linear regression method and grey theory for quantization research, and concludes quantization formula for cost calculation and the model. The comparison and analysis of the two calculation methods shows that cost of users' connection to the power grid should be calculated by divided capacities and sections.
