摘    要:综述了浓硫酸、氯磺酸、三氧化硫、氨基磺酸、亚硫酸盐等磺化剂的性能特点,并具体说明了相应的磺化工艺和生产应用,对比了不同磺化剂的优缺点及发展趋势。重点叙述了三氧化硫作为磺化剂的各种磺化工艺和研究进展,指出三氧化硫磺化性能优越、绿色环保,应用广泛,主要在石油、精细化工等行业有着广泛的发展潜力,但是三氧化硫磺化技术难度较大,需要在设备及工艺等方面进行改进研究以解决当前出现的问题。

Abstract:Performances, sulfonation process and applications of the concentrated sulfuric acid, chlorosulfonic acid, sulfur trioxide, amino-sulfonicacid, sulfites and other sulfonating agents were overviewed. Advantages and disadvantages of these sulfonating agents were compared as well as development trend. Sulfur trioxide as sulfonating agent of various sulfonation processes and current research progress were discussed. It pointed out that the sulfur trioxide sulfonation will widely used as it is a sulfonation agent of superior performance and green environmental protection. Sulfur trioxide sulfonation has a wide range of development potential in the petroleum and fine chemical industry at present, and it needs to do more research at the two aspects of equipments and processes in order to solve the current technical difficulty.
