基于ADAMS的液压破碎机液压系统仿真

摘    要:从传统的液压系统设计方法和虚拟样机的概念出发,以ADAMS/Hydraulics为基础,建立液压系统虚拟样机并探讨仿真分析的方法,给出液压破碎机工作装置斗杆液压举升系统虚拟样机的一个分析实例.仿真结果表明,破碎机在液压缸的驱动下可以完成工作过程中的主要动作,液压缸运行平稳,无较大冲击.

Abstract:Based on ADAMS/Hydraulics,started with the method of traditional hydraulic system design and the conception of virtual prototyping,discussed how to establish and analyze the virtual prototyping of hydraulic system,and provided with an example of working device's arm lift system of hydraulic crusher.The result indicated that hydraulic crusher can execute the main action under the driving of hydraulic cylinder,the cylinder run stably and had no big impact.
