摘    要:计算机辅助设计、计算机辅助制造和计算机数字控制是推动现代制造业发展的关键技术,CAD/CAM/CNC集成化是目前机械制造业发展的主要趋势.文章介绍了一种基于通用PC机的复杂螺旋曲面数控加工集成系统的体系结构及其各模块的主要功能,从界面集成、数据集成和算法集成几方面阐述了系统的开发方法.该集成系统解决了螺旋曲面数控加工过程中的关键技术问题,为螺旋曲面机械加工行业及其应用行业的发展奠定了理论基础.

Abstract:The integration of CAD, CAM and CNC, which are the key techniques, is the main tendency of machinery manufacturing at the present time. The architecture of compicated helical curved surface NC machining integrated system based on general personal computer is introduced and main functions of each module are discussed in this paper. The development meched is represented from several aspects of interface integrated, data integrated and algorithm integrated. The key problems in the spiral surface NC machining are settled in this integrated system. This established the theoretical basis for the development of spiral surface machery machining and application industries.
