牛蒡皮提取物抗氧化活性及组成的研究

摘    要:以牛蒡皮为原料,以水、70%乙醇、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯等不同溶剂提取牛蒡皮多酚,测定各提取物中多酚含量,并通过测定清除DPPH自由基和羟基自由基能力来比较各提取物的抗氧化性.采用高效液相色谱法分析牛蒡皮多酚的组成.试验结果表明:70%乙醇牛蒡皮提取液中多酚物质含量最高,且抗氧化性最强.牛蒡皮多酚中主要含有咖啡酸、绿原酸、槲皮素以及其它多酚物质.

Abstract:In this study, using ArctiumLappaL peel as raw material, the polyphenol was extracted with different solvents, such as 70% ethanol, chloroform, ethyl acetate and water. The contents and composition of polyphenol from ArctiumLappaL peel were analysed with HPLC. Through the determination of its DPPH- and OH- scavenging ability, the antioxidation of each extracts were compared.
