| 摘 要： | 建立和实施IMS是企业体系管理发展的必然趋势,概述了ZRCCIMS的含义,分析了IMS实质和建立实施IMS的可行性和必要性,结合ZRCC在建立和实施IMS过程的实践,对建立和实施IMS的基本思路、方法、步骤和效果进行了分析和探讨,并提出了在实践活动中应注意的几个问题。

| Abstract: | Establishment and Implementation of integrative management system (IMS) are necessary direction developed by enterprise system management. The content of ZRCC IMS was described briefly. Its essential, feasibility and necessity of its implementation were analyzed. In combination with IMS establishment and implementation in ZRCC, its basic idea, method, step and effect were discussed. Some notices were put forward in implementation also. |
