| Abstract: | For many years, Hansteel has been carrying out the philosophy of scientific outlook on development for management of enterprise. The company always insists on humanistic foundation and goes on the way of such a comprehensive, coordinative and sustainable development pattern step by step. The goal to be a nice and fast development is achieved in parallel. The dissertation takes the essential out systematically about the main achievement and some experience through recent year＇s practice of scientific outlook on development that is pushing the enterprise to go forward. |
