| 摘 要： | 电感性网栅薄膜可以实现在高效透过红外波的同时高效屏蔽微波的滤波特性,在红外窗口电磁屏蔽领域有广泛应用前景.平面基底上电感性网栅薄膜的理论探索、实验研究和工程应用已相当成熟,曲面基底上电感性网栅薄膜的理论和工艺还极少见公开文献报道,中科院长春光机所经长期探索研究提出了采用以激光直写技术为核心的曲面感性网栅薄膜制作工艺方法.从理论、工艺、测试等多方面对用于红外窗口电磁屏蔽的电感性网栅薄膜进行了介绍和分析.
