锌电积电流效率影响因素的研究进展

摘    要:本文介绍了锌电积过程中电流效率的影响因素,列举了其对锌电积影响的研究进展。认为锌电积过程中杂质离子的影响机理及净化方法有待进一步研究。同时,有必要研制出新型阳极材料,进而达到取代有色金属电积过程中目前沿用的铅基合金阳极,使电积锌生产实现低能高产最大化。

Abstract:The impact factors on current efficiency in zinc electro-winning are introduced.Their research progress in zinc electro-winning was listed.It will be remain further studied that the influence mechanism and purification method of impurities in zinc electro-winning.It is essential to develop new type anode material,taking place of conventional lead base alloy,to maximize the production of zinc electro-winning with low energy consumption.
