摘    要:介绍了自力式压力调节阀工作原理及结构特点。重点阐述了弹簧型自力式压力调节既可稳压又可断阀介质的双重功能,并通过特殊工况下的实际应用来进一步分析弹簧型自力式压力调节实现双重功能的压力分配原则、选型计算及设计特点;并详细叙述了弹簧型自力式压力调节阀中关键零件的作用及设计计算。

Abstract:The paper has introduced the working principle and structure characteristic of self-operated pressure regulator.It emphasis on the dual control function of spring self-operated pressure regulator,which can steady pressure as well as blanking medium.With the realization of spring self-operated pressure regulator,it also further analysis the pressure allocation principle,pattern selection and design feature under special operating condition of practical application.It further detailed the effect of key parts and design calculation in spring self-operated pressure regulator.
