铸钢件保温冒口的优化设计

摘    要:本文建立了以保温冒口收缩孔腔变化规律及其影响因素的定量关系为基的保温冒口优化设计数学模型,并用随机方向搜索法进行了FHP冒口的优化设计。提出了保温冒口设计准则应为;(i)、创造通向冒口的顺序凝固;(ii)、冒口内的安全高度控制在25~50mm;并据此开发了FHP保温冒口优化设计软件系统。通过现场验证:优化设计的冒口其工艺出品率可从原来的70~75%提高到80~85%;该软件系统占用内存小、使用方便、运行时间短,能在各种低档微型机上应用;它适用于不同钢种、形状、型砂的中小碳钢铸件。

Optimal Design of Insulating Riser for Steel Castings

Abstract:In this paper mathematical model of optimal design for the insulating riserwith fine hollow particles (FHP) has been developed,basing on the laws of theshrinkage cavity proifle and their quantive quations,Optimal risering with FHPis carried out by the mefhod of random seeking for gradient direction, We providethat the principles of the riser design for insulation should be. i) enablingdiectional solidification to be continueus from the casting into the feeder. ii)the feeder's safety height under control from 25 to 50 millimeters. On thesegrounds a software system of optimal risering with FHP in microcoputer hasbeen built. Contrast experiments in fountry show that the software systemoccupying small memory capacity, has the features of high efficiency, reliablityand low costs. Casting yield can be increased from 70-75% to 80-85% by optimalrisers. It's suitable for various kinds of shapes of carbon steel castngs in sandespecially for small and middle castings.
