摘    要:在低温常压条件下,应用高频高压脉冲电晕放电,在电晕极附近产生高能量(20~50eV)的等离子体。高能等离子体撞击材料表面,使表面性能发生了改变。

Abstract:High energy plasma can be produced around the corona electrode by using high frequency and high voltage pulse corona discharge under low temperature and normal pressure.High energy plasma impacts the material sur- face and makes the surface performances modified.
