万寿菊花中叶黄素的提取

摘    要:研究了万寿菊花中的叶黄素在几种有机纯溶剂以及这些溶剂和乙醇的二元混合溶剂中的溶解规律,适当的二组分混合溶剂对叶黄素的浸取效果比纯溶剂好。超声波振荡、提高浸取温度可使叶黄素浸取速率提高3~6倍。

Abstract:olubility of lutein was determined in several organic solvent and organic solvents-ethanol mixture. It was found that the solubility of lutein in the appropriate mixed solvents is greater than that in pure organic solvents. It is also confirmed that both the ultrasonic agitation and the raising of temperature of extraction could accelerate the solution of lutein. The speed of solution can be increased by 3-6 times by these special methods of extraction.
