鞍钢100t复吹转炉生产工艺实践

摘    要:结合鞍钢100t顶底复吹转炉的改造情况,分析、对比了转炉顶吹和复吹两种工艺。结果显示,采用复吹后,终点[C]含量降低,供氧强度每炉降低82m^3,脱P、脱S率分别提高6.2%和16.0%,渣中TFe下降5.68%,喷溅次数降低了15.1%,提高了金属的收得率。

Abstract:Two converter techniques of top blowing and combined blowing are analyzed and compared according to the revamping condition of 100t combined blowing converter in Angang. The results show that, carbon content in molten steel at the end reduces, oxygen supply intensity decreases 82m^3 per converter, dephosphorization and desulphurization rates increase 6.2% and 16.0% respectively, TFe content in slag and splashing times reduce 5.68% and 15.1% respectively, recovery rate of metal increases.
