摘    要:重点介绍了使用高温空气燃烧技术的蓄热式燃气,燃油镀锌炉和以煤或焦炭为燃料的新型直燃式连体煤气加热炉(镀锌炉,退火炉,马弗炉等),前者余热回收率高达70%-90%,节气,节油30%-50%,后者节煤20%。具有明显的节能效果,并能达到环保的有关要求。

Abstract:Two kinds of zinc-plating furnace are introduced: one is heat-accumulating gas-burning or oil-burning furnace using high-temperature air burning technique; another new direct-burning body-connected gas heating furnace with coal or coke as fuel. The waste heat recovery rate of the former can reach 70-90 percent and it can save gas or oil by 30-50 percent. The latter can save coal by 20 percent and meet the demand of environment protection.
