| 摘 要： | 社会主义市场经济的建立和发展对普通高校的成人教育提出了新的要求，而普通高校现行的成人教育却与此越来越不相适应。为此，笔者提出应着重于从管理体制、办学路子、办学领域、专业设置、教学内容、教学管理等方面入手，深化普通高校成人教育的改革，以增强活力，使之更好地为市场经济建设服务。

| Abstract: | New demands for the adult education of general highar learning institutes have been proposed with the construction and development of socialist market economy. To meet these new demands and make our adult education better serve the construction of market economy, suggestions on further reforms in managing system, ways and scope of school running sepeciality setup, and teaching contents and managewent are put forward herein. |
