直接甲醇燃料电池用新型质子交换膜的研究

摘    要:制备了不同磺化度的杂萘联苯聚醚砜酮(SPPESK)膜。测试了这些膜的电导率和甲醇透过系数以及其他性能。实验结果表明,磺化度为46.8%的SPPESK膜在高温下的电导率和磺化度大于75.6%的SPPESK膜在室温下电导率接近Nation膜,两者的甲醇透过系数均比Nailon膜低一个数量级。SPPESK膜可用于直接甲醇燃料电池。

Abstract:The membranes of sulfonated poly(phthalazione ether sulfone ketone) (SPPESK) with different degree of sulfonation were prepared.Their conductivities,methanol permeabilities and other properties were tested.The experimental results showed that the proton conductivities of SPPESK membranes (the degree of sulfonation 46.8%,at high temperature and the degree of sulfonation 75.6% or more,at room temperature) were closed to that of Nafion membrane.The methanol permeabilities of the SPPESK membranes were about one order of magnitude lower than that of Nafion membrane.The SPPESK membrane could be used in direct methanol fuel cell.
