铁尾矿在道路中的应用研究

摘    要:为节能环保,废弃利用,文中以铁尾矿为研究对象,将铁尾矿应用于道路工程中。根据材料的特性进行石灰稳定铁尾矿配合比设计;通过合理的配合比,对混合料进行击实试验、无侧限抗压强度试验、回弹模量试验、劈裂强度试验;并对混合料进行经济比对。试验结果表明,石灰含量为30%以上的石灰稳定铁尾矿满足试验要求,可以应用于低等级公路基层中。并且能够节省筑路材料、降低工程造价,具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:In order to make good use of waste iron tailings considering energy conservation and envi- ronment protection, a new research on the use of taitings in road has been carried out in this study. The mix proportion design is based on material characteristics; through the mix proportion, compaction tests, unconfined compressive strength tests, splitting strength test, modulus of resilience test and economic a- nalysis were conducted. It shows that lime stabilized tailing with a more than 30% lime content meets the test requirements well and can be applied on the base and subbase of low - grade highway. Helping to save road materials and reduce project costs, the study has a promising application prospects.
