仿棉共聚酯织物的制备及其亲水性能

摘    要:为了提高涤纶织物的亲水性,在聚合阶段利用多组分共聚的手段改变聚酯分子结构,经过后道系列的加工制备出仿棉共聚酯织物。对织物进行了亲水性能的测试,结果表明:在20℃、相对湿度65%的环境下,共聚酯织物的回潮率达到1.2%以上,织物表面与水的接触角瞬间为0°,芯吸高度在15 cm以上,滴水扩散时间小于1 s,吸水率达到300%以上。与常规聚酯织物相比,仿棉共聚酯织物的亲水性能得到了明显改善。

Abstract:In order to improve the hydrophilicity of the polyester fabric, the polyester molecular structure was ehanged via muhicomponents copolymerization method and cotton-like copolyester fabric was prepared through a series of postprocessing. And then the hydrophilieity of the fabric was tested. It was shown that the moisture regain rate of copolyester fabric was more than 1.2 %, the surface contact angle of fabric sud- denly reduced to 0, the wicking height was above 15 cm, the water diffusion time was less than ls and the water absorption rate reached 300 % at 20 ℃ and 65 % relative humidity. Compared with the conventional polyester fabric, the hydrophilicity of cotton-like copolyester fabric was improved significantly.
