超稠油水平井注采同体技术研究与应用

摘    要:针对辽河油田曙一区杜84区块超稠油水平井局部井位部署区域因储层物性差、压力高,在蒸汽吞吐开采初期存在溢流,而延缓油井正常下泵转抽作业时间,降低油井生产时率,错过最佳回采时机,影响油井生产效果的问题,开展了水平井注采同体技术的研究。该技术可以在油井注入蒸汽前将注蒸汽管柱、采油管柱和抽油泵同时下入井内,经过注蒸汽、焖井和放喷后,无需进行转抽作业的工序,而直接挂抽生产。通过现场应用,取得了较好的回采效果,提高了油井生产时率和油汽比,有效地解决了水平井生产中因溢流而影响生产的难题。

Abstract:The regional well deployment area of ultra heavy oil horizontal wells of DuB4 block of Shu- 1 area in Liaohe oilfield are of poor reservoir property and high pressure, so that the overflow exists in the initial steam stimulation. The overflow delays the nor mal operation time, reduces the oil production efficiency and misses the optimal recovery time. Therefore, the well production is af fected. Aiming at this problem above, research on injection-production consubstantial technology of horizontal wells was conduct ed. This technology can lay down the steam string, the production string and the pump simultaneously before steam injection. After steam injection, shut in and blow off, the direct production replace the transforming into pumping. The field application obtaind great extraction effect, increased oil production efficiency and oil/steam ratio, and effectively solved the problems that the overflow affected the production.
