摘    要:结合可靠性模型对固态发射机的可靠性进行了分析,提出了影响固态发射机可靠性的关键因素,并结合某固态发射机的具体设计实例,从子单元、系统、监控保护、结构工艺、散热等多方面论述了提高固态发射机可靠性的设计方法。

Abstract:An analysis is made on the reliability of the solid-state transmitter combined with the reliability model,and the key factors influencing the reliability are proposed.Combined with Abstract design examples of the transmitter,the design of methods to improve the solid-state transmitter is discussed from many ways such as sub-element,system,protection of monitoring and controlling,structural technology and heat Abstraction.
