摘 要: | 利用失重法筛选出锌在氨基磺酸溶液中缓蚀作用较好的单组分缓蚀剂,然后将单组分缓蚀剂进行复合.通过正交实验,筛选出了缓蚀作用最好的复合缓蚀剂JL,并采用失重法、电化学方法、直观分析法对其缓蚀性能进行评价.研究结果表明,JL是一种缓蚀性能优良,抗干扰性好,高效环保的阴极型缓蚀剂.

Abstract: | To screen some one -component corrosion inhibitors that their corrosion inhibition are bet- ter than others on zinc in sulfamic acid by weight - loss method , then put various types of one - com- ponent corrosion inhibitor compound together repeatedly. To filter out a kind of composite corrosion inhibitor named JL that their synergistic effect is best and the property of the inhibitor was evaluated by weight - loss method , electrochemical method, intuitionistic analysis method. The above researc- hing conclusions indicate that JL is a kind of excellent corrosion inhibition, good anti - interference performance, efficient environmental protection cathode type corrosion inhibitor |
