板翅式换热器零件的无碱清洗

摘    要:在铝制板翅式换热器的生产中,一般零件脱脂采用的是碱蚀酸洗工艺,而本项目采用的是碳氢真空清洗和超声波中性水基清洗,使零件的残留油分由以前的小于20 mg/m2降至现在的5 mg/m2以内,规避了板翅式换热器由于零件清洗质量的不稳定带来的钎焊质量的不稳定的高风险性,为大截面、高压板翅式换热器和开发、研制扫清了障碍。

Abstract:Normally, parts is degrease by alkali corrosion pickling during the production of aluminum plate -fin heat exchanger. However,wei'e using hydrocarbon vacuum cleaning and ultrasonic cleaningin this program, decreasing the residual oil on the parts from less than 20 mg/m^2 originally to less than 5 mg/m^2, therefore, the quality of parts cleaning is considerably improved which effectively avoidingthe high 'risk of the quality of vacuum brazing' s unstability due to the unstable quality of parts cleaning. As a result, hydrocarbon vacuum cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning make it easier for the develop-ment and research of bigger section,higher pressure plate - fin heat exchanger.
