低温甲烷化催化剂的研制

摘    要:采用干混法制备以Ni为活性组份、氧化铝为载体、二氧化钛作助剂的低温甲烷化催化剂。性能试验表明,与传统的甲烷化催化剂(如J101型、J105型等)相比,该催化剂具有易还原、低温活性好、使用温区宽、制备方法简单、生产成本低等优点。

Abstract:A low-temperature methanation catalyst is prepared by dry mixing, with Ni as the active ingredient, aluminum oxide as the carrier, and titanium dioxide as the promoter. Its performance test shows that, as compared with the conventional methanation catalysts (such as J101, J105 and other types), this catalyst has the advantages of reductibility, high activity at low temperature, broad temperature range of service, simple method of preparation, and low production cost.
