硼化物层的磨料磨损特性及磨损机理

摘    要:通过对磨料磨损试验和磨损表面形貌以及磨屑的观察与分析,对硼化物层的磨料磨损特性及磨损机理进行了研究.结果表明,单相硼化物层的耐磨性高于双相硼化物层.磨损表面有犁沟和犁沟边缘部分区域的脆性剥落.FeB上的脆性剥落比Fe2B严重,呈锯齿状,且边缘有长裂纹伸入基体.剥落的磨屑呈块状,是典型的脆性断裂.磨损过程由磨料对硼化物的微切削以及硼化层的脆性剥落控制

Abstract:The properties and mechanism of abrasive wear of boride layer are investigated by means of abrasion wear test and morphology analysis of worn surface and debris.The results showed that the sing-phase boride layers have a better wear resistance than the dual-phase boride layers.There are plough traces on the wear surface,and brittle delaminations of the boride layer at the edge of the the plough rim of trace The delamination of FeB is more severe than that of Fe2B,and the delamination of both FeB and Fe2B is in the form of sawshape.There are some longer microcracks propagating into the substrate.The debris took the form of flake.All these indicat thet it is a typical brittle fracture.The above results showed that the wear process is controlled by micro-cutting abrasion to boride layers and brittle peeling.
