| 摘 要： | 建立了在线切割系统中用尽可能少的圆弧近似代替非圆曲线的优化模型，采用二分法进行求解。用该算法组成的线切割编控软件与国内线切割同类软件相比在加工条件相同的情况下，获得了用圆弧代替非圆曲线其3B程序最少、加工时间最短的良好效果。

| Abstract: | The optimization model of which arc approximately substitute non-circular cure is established in this paper, and result is get by the method of dichotomy. Comparing to the soft of HS-WEDM at the same condition in my country, the number of 3B program and the work time is minimum in the case which arc approximately substitute non-circular cure. |
