摘    要:介绍了影响冷镦钢冷镦开裂的因素,包括加工时的受力状态、材料本身性质、原生缺陷及组织异常等。分析了冷镦钢开裂的机理:冷镦钢化学成分和组织结构对材料塑性的影响;第二相、夹杂物和裂纹对材料基体连续性的影响;组织和晶粒度异常对材料组织连续性的影响。

Abstract:This article introduced the factors that affect crack of cold heading steel which including stress state when processed,nature of the material,native defects and abnomal microstructure,analyzed cracking mechanism of cold heading steel :effect of component and microstructure on material plasticity;effect of second phase,inclusions and native crack on material matrix continuity;effect of abnomal microstructure and grain size on material structure continuity.
