层压减振复合钢板拉伸剪切破断区的XPS分析

摘    要:选用C1s,Cl1s,N1s等信号作为XPS(X射线光电子港法)分析信号,对酚醛树脂氯丁胶和聚氨酯胶为夹层的层压减振复合钢板的拉伸剪切破断区分别进行测试分析.结果发现,破断区的分析信号强度小于高聚物的、大于钢板的分析信号强度;层压减振复合钢板的拉伸剪切破坏不是发生在钢板与高聚物的界面上,而是在亚界面层内破坏.

Abstract:Selects C1s,Cl1s,and N1s signals as XPS analyzing signal, studies the tensile shear failure of vibration damping laminated steel sheet using respectivily phenolic resin-chloroprene rubber polymer and polyurethane as sandwiched layer. The results indicate that intensity of analyzing signal of the failure zone is smaller than that of the high polymer, larger than that of the steel sheet. The tensile shear failure of vibration damping laminated steel sheet occurs at the sub-interface layer rather than the interface of ploymer-steel sheet.
