电液伺服动态试验机作动器固有频率的提高和性能曲线分析

摘    要:通过对电液伺服动态试验机作动器主要性能指标-固有频率的理论分析,提出提高作动器固有频率的设计方法,对其性能曲线进行了理论分析,提出了在线性坐标纸上绘制性能曲线的方法,并对以上理论分析进行也实际工程的验证,该方法无论对试验机设计人员还是对试验机应用人员都具有较高的工程实际应用价值。

Abstract:Through theoretical analysis against the main performance index intrinsic frequency of actuator on Electro hydraulic Servo Dynamic Testing Machine, this article has submitted how to improve the design method of the intrinsic frequency. Through theoretical analysis against the performance curves, analyzed how to draw the performance curves on linear coordinate paper. The above stated theoretical analysis has been practically tested through scientific research of Shandong Scientific Committee Appointed Technology Key task Projects. It has high practical engineering value to both designers and operators who major in testing machine.
