| Abstract: | Bead welding dies with alloy is a way to bead weld alloy steel or hard alloy on the normal carbon structure steel matrix used as the woking area, so that the life and durability of dies can be improved and the cost can be reduced. The process, welding equipment, how to choose the bead welding materials and the problems occurred during bead welding and its measurements are introduced in the paper. |
