Abstract:CN-18 Catalyst for Methane Steam Reforming (MSR) is prepared by impregnating Ni onto α-Al2O3 carrier.It's microprore radial size is 500×10-10~5000×10-10m,and It's microprore radial size is about 10000×10-10m.The effection diffusion coefficient in this catalyst reaches 2.450×102~2.905×102(cm2*s-1).Almost twice of that of a traditional MSR catalyst.It is benifit to eliminate the stagnation of the diffusion in the reaction .Using an internal recycle grandientless reactor,the data about MSR reaction over CN-18 catalyst at 3.0 MPa absolute pressure,reaction temperature range 550~750℃,molar steam-to-carbon ratios of 2.0~4.0,carbon space velocities of 4.5×105~1.1×10-6h-1 were measured,A pralled reaction model were used to describe the experimental data.The global rate equations of both carbon monoxid and dioxide were obtained by using nonlinear paremetor estimation.
