低品位铜矿中提取铜工艺条件的研究

摘    要:研究硝酸、硫酸混酸浸取低品位铜矿,探求低品位铜矿中提取铜最佳工艺条件。结果表明:液固比为4∶1,硫酸浓度50g/L,硝酸浓度150g/L,反应温度80℃,反应时间8小时。在此浸出条件下,铜的浸出率可达96.8%。

Abstract:In this paper, sulfate, nitrate mixed acid leaching of low grade copper ore, copper extraction opti- mum conditions for low grade copper. The results show that: the liquid to solid ratio is 4 : 1, the concen- tration of sulfuric acid 50g/l, nitrate concentration of 150g/1, reaction temperature 80℃, reaction time 8 hours. The leaching conditions, the leaching rate of copper is up to 96.8%.
