莱钢棒材厂大圆钢生产线工艺装备技术创新与优化

介绍了莱钢棒材厂通过对大圆钢生产线工艺装备技术进行创新与优化,新建40 t/h空气单蓄热端进侧出推钢式连续加热炉,降低煤气消耗,提高加热效率;新建高刚度短应力线φ650 mm成品精轧机,提高尺寸控制精度,减少了耳子、划伤等外观缺陷,大圆钢成材率和实物质量得到了明显提高;增加连接导板,实现两架单机架轧机的工艺衔接;通过对生产线的工艺优化,实现了产品质量的升级,同时使设备潜力得到了充分的发挥。

PROCESS EQUIPMENT TECHNOLOGIES INTEGRATION,INNOVATION AND OPTIMIZATION OF THE LARGE BAR PRODUCTION LINE

Through process equipment technologies integration , innovation and optimization of the large bar production line in Laiwu Steel Bar Plant , the new 40 t/h single air regenerative end -entry and side-exit pusher-type continuous furnace is built to reduce gas consumption and improve the heating quali-ty and efficiency;the new high rigidity and short stress line φ650 mm finished bar rolling mill is installed to improve dimensional control precision and reduce outside defects such as ears , scratches, and large bars＆#39;finished product rate indicators and physical quality are improved considerably ;more connect guides are designed to achieve integration of two single -stand rolling stands;production line process optimiza-tion is carried out to achieve process connections between processes , and the foundation for tapping full e-quipment potentials and achieving low -cost strategic advantages is laid .
