摘    要:分析了660 MW超超临界汽轮机组FCB工况时给水泵汽轮机汽源切换及给水控制方式存在的问题,优化了FCB工况下高、低压汽源控制模式及给水控制方式。通过试验方法获得了FCB工况时给水泵汽轮机高压调节门开度与机组负荷的对应关系。经检验,优化后机组控制方式能够满足各负荷下FCB工况的运行要求。

Abstract:For a 660 MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine unit, the article analyzed that the steam source switching and feed water control modes on feed water pump turbine while doing FCB test. Through optimizing the high(low) pressure control valves and feed water control modes on FCB operation condition, summarized the matching relationship between the high pressure regulation valve's opening degree and unit's load by the FCB testing. By optimization, the logical could meet the requirements of the FCB operation rules.
