MCM-49分子筛合成异丙苯催化剂侧线放大研究

摘    要:用硅溶胶为硅源、偏铝酸钠为铝源、六亚甲基亚胺为模板剂分别在100 L、1 000 L晶化釜进行动态合成MCM-49分子筛,并对其进行X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜和NH3-程序升温脱附等表征。在温度为135~140℃、苯与丙烯摩尔比为2.5、丙烯体积空速1.0 h-1,苯循环比为6~8条件下,在生产装置的侧线上运行了5 760 h。结果表明,MCM-49分子筛合成异丙苯催化剂性能较好。

Abstract:MCM-49 molecular sieve was synthesized dynamically in crystallization batch of 100 L, 1000 L respectively with silica sol as silicon source, sodium metaaluminate as aluminium source and hexamethyleneimine as template. The molecular sieve was characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope and NH3-temperature programmed desorption. The alkylation reaction was carried out in the side line producing unit for 5 760 hours at temperature from 135 ℃to 140℃, molar ratio of benzene to propylene at 2.5, liquid hourly space velocity of propylene at 1.0 h-1 and the cycle ratio of benzene from 6 to 8. The results showed that the MCM-49 had satisfactory performance for synthesis of isopropyl benzene.
