玉米油皂脚处理工艺的研究及应用

摘    要:建立了一种玉米油精炼副产品皂脚的综合回收利用的处理方法,研究了玉米油皂脚与玉米胚芽粕的添加混合比例、造粒干燥成型、浸出提油等工艺参数对产品质量指标的影响。试验结果表明:选用丙酮溶剂,皂脚和玉米胚芽粕的混合比例为4∶1,烘干温度为125℃,烘干时间为60 min,采用逆流喷淋方式进行提油,喷淋时间为90 min,浸出温度为50℃~55℃,溶剂比为1∶(0.8~1.0)时,提取的中性油质量指标可以达到玉米原油标准,粕的质量指标符合玉米胚芽粕指标。

Abstract:The comprehensive recycling of saponin from corn oil refining was studied. The effects of main parameters in the process of corn oil recovery were studied, such as the ratio of the relying material and saponin, dry granulation forming, leaching oil extraction. The results show that acetone can recover the corn oil, the corn germ meal can be the relying material and the ratio of saponin and the relying materia will be 4 : 1, the drying condition is 125 ℃, 60 min, countercurrent spray is the extraction method, the spray condition is 50 ℃ -55 ℃, 90 rain, the ratio of solvent is 1 : (0.8 - 1.0), the neutral oil quality from recycle can reach the corn oil standard, the quality of corn germ meal accords with index of corn germ meal.
