超临界CO_2中乙烯/三氟氯乙烯共聚物的制备及表征

摘    要:采用超临界二氧化碳(CO2)这一绿色溶剂作为反应介质,合成了三氟氯乙烯和乙烯的共聚物。反应环保、无污染,产物纯净不需要提纯。研究了三氟氯乙烯和乙烯共聚合反应的条件及引发剂比例等对产品的影响,探讨了超临界二氧化碳中乙烯/三氟氯乙烯的最优聚合条件。

Abstract:In this paper, the experiment with the supercritical carbon dioxide as a green solvent reaction medium to synthesize ethylene/chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer was presented. The reaction is environmental and pol-lution - free, and the copolymer does not need to be purified. The experiment have studied the influence of the reaction conditions and the initiator proportion on the product, and the optimum polymerization conditions of above - said eopolymer in the supercritieal carbon dioxide were discussed.
