| 摘 要： | 本文结合悬浮法制备ＧＦ／ＰＶＣ复合材料工艺的特点胆ＧＦ／ＰＶＣ复合的性能要求系统地研究了悬浮体系的配制及其影响因素，并对浸尖过程中ＧＦ／ＰＶＣ复合材料的树脂与纤维含量的控制及其规律、材料的脱水条件、ＰＶＣ树脂在纤维中的分布作了系统的研究

| Abstract: | This paper carries out systematical investigation on the formulas and additives of suspension,the stabilization of suspension systems,control of fiber dispersion and content and operating parameters of the impregnation process,combining the character of the suspension technique and the requirements for the property of GF/PVC composite.The results supply some available parameters to prepare high property GF/PVC composite. |
